I’m a real estate consultant, founder of IEI, and I’ve been building my real estate assets and those of our clients for over 10 years.

Our comprehensive Real Estate consulting service is divided into three phases:

your investor profile
We learn about your needs through an interview and help you define your strategy, designing a plan from scratch in case you don't know what you're looking for. We also help you find a mortgage if needed through our mortgage broker.
2. We send you tailored opportunities
We search for properties and visit those that meet the agreed-upon conditions. Once we've visited them, and after investigating the legal and technical status of the chosen apartment, we negotiate the price until we reach an agreement.
3. We are with you
until the end
Once an agreement is reached, we prepare the documentation for signing and help you with all the paperwork until you have the keys to your new property in your hands! We also help you with the renovation and the rental management.
